SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne, Victoria location. Orders placed before 10am AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery
We ship Australia-wide via various couriers with tracking provided on every order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Melbourne metro: 1–3 business days
- Other metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 4–8 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by shipping companies and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, sale events, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kksupplies26@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking first. If the parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at kksupplies26@gmail.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the shipping company on your behalf.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Bulk and wholesale orders
For large orders, school and institutional purchase orders, or recurring supply arrangements, please contact us directly at kksupplies26@gmail.com to discuss delivery options and pricing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we fully respect and uphold.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may return unopened filament in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a change-of-mind return:
- Contact us first at kksupplies26@gmail.com with your order number.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs).
We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on filament that has been opened or used, as we cannot resell it.
Faulty or damaged items
If your filament arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kksupplies26@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the fault or damage
We will assess the issue and, where a fault is confirmed, provide a replacement or refund, including any return postage costs. We may ask you to return the item before a remedy is provided.
Print quality issues
Filament that does not print well is most often due to printer settings, hardware condition, or moisture absorption rather than a manufacturing fault. If you are experiencing print issues, contact us at kksupplies26@gmail.com — we are happy to help troubleshoot. If we determine the product is genuinely faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund in line with this policy.
Please note that print results depend on many factors specific to your printer, slicer settings, and environment, and a poor print result alone does not necessarily indicate a faulty product.
Incorrect item received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost to you.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Items not eligible for return
- Filament that has been opened or used (unless faulty)
- Items returned without prior contact and authorisation
- Items returned outside the timeframes stated above
